Your feet stay dry and you stay healthy because the Commander GTX is permanently waterproof and extremely breathable. This is ensured by the three-layer GORE-TEX® membrane throughout the lining of the Commander GTX.

The Commander GTX gives you stability in every position. To protect you against skidding, the sole of the Commander GTX with its special rubber compound and innovative tread construction offers extremely high slip resistance and grip on a wide variety of surfaces.

The extreme robustness of the Commander GTX ensure your feet remain unscathed in the rough-and-tumble of everyday work. This is ensured by the resistant outer leather that cannot be damaged by pointed objects or sharp edges.
Extra slip-resistant with VIBRAM
You'll stand securely in the Commander GTX as it smooths your path on rough terrain. The sole of the Commander GTX has an optimal rubber compound and is therefore particularly slip-resistant, stable and stiff. This is the VIBRAM effect incorporated into the sole of the Commander GTX.
Relieving cushioning with HAIX absorption
You'll experience a comfortable feel in the Commander GTX even when you're out for several hours. Because the integrated cushioning wedge inside cushions your steps. We call this HAIX Absorption: for drive even on long working days.
Breathable with Climate System
In the Commander GTX your foot can breathe, because a special foam system ensures that the air circulates in the shoe and moisture can escape. The Climate System works like an air conditioning system in a shoe.
Optimal hold thanks to 2-zone lacing
The Commander GTX adapts perfectly to your foot in both the instep and the shaft area, so that it offers you optimal support. This is ensured by 2-Zone Lacing, an innovative 2-zone lacing system for foot and upper.

Experience has shown that the Commander GTX has a normal fit. We therefore recommend that you choose your usual size.
Excellent wearing comfort that does not interfere with your work.
The Commander GTX is an all-season model, so it can be worn both in summer and winter. The shoe is breathable and waterproof thanks to the Gore-Tex membrane. With the help of our Climate System, moisture is transported from the inside of the shoe to the ventilation openings. This prevents sweat from accumulating, especially in the warmer months.
The Commander GTX defies both colder and warmer temperatures.
Thanks to the two-zone lacing of the Commander GTX, the lacing can be quickly fixed and the shoe can be optimally adjusted to the foot. The lacing is first adjusted and fixed in the instep area and can then be variably adjusted in the shaft area. This combination provides support and stability.
The Commander GTX can be put on and taken off quickly and easily, so that the focus can be fully on the work.
The Commander GTX is suitable for hiking thanks to its well-cushioned and non-slip sole, which provides stability, comfort and safety. It is also waterproof and breathable thanks to the Gore-Tex membrane.

We produce in a UK shoe size system. The distance between our half UK sizes is only a few millimetres. This makes it more likely to find exactly the right shoe length.
Half UK sizes differ in length by only a few millimetres.
You can simply wash the dirty shoes with water and a brush. Please do not dry the wet shoes (even if they are wet on the inside) on an open fire, a hot stove or a heater. This will change the shape of the shoe. Simply remove the footbed and stuff the shoes with newspaper or use a shoe tree. Then allow the shoes to air dry slowly. We recommend washing the footbed regularly at 30°. In general, it is best to remove the footbed from the shoes after every wear to ensure optimal re-drying.
Simply clean it with a brush and water and let it air dry.
From experience, the Commander GTX is a normal size. We therefore recommend that you choose the usual size.
Experience has shown that the shoe fits normally.
